Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts, holder of two PhDs, is Professor Emeritus at HEC Paris. He has taught for more than 25 years in all the HEC group’s programs: HEC Grande Ecole, HEC MBA, Doctorate, HEC Executive (executive programs). He was previously Professor at ESSEC and has taught in all the group’s programs. He was also Director of ESC Marseille (now Kedge Business School) between 1993 and 1995.

His research focuses on HR strategies and change processes, particularly in the context of today’s digital revolution. He has published numerous articles and a dozen books including “RH au Quotidien”, 2nd ed, (Dunod, 2015), and “Comment la DRH fait sa révolution” (Eyrolles, 2014). He is the President of the academic association AGRH (Association Francophone de GRH) since October 2017. He is the Head of Partnership and Corporate Relations of the FNEGE (National Foundation for the Teaching of Business Management).

He is also Senior Advisor for the Adecco Group. Finally, he is actively involved in international consulting and training activities in Europe, Asia and Africa.
