Anne Caldichoury

I work with executives, managers and operational staff in industry and other sectors, at key moments in the professional lives of individuals and organisations.

I have 25 years of experience in industry and consulting, particularly in the automotive and R&D sectors.

As an engineer, I held various technical expertise and project management positions in the design of automotive electronic architectures. I then joined the Renault-Nissan Alliance’s internal consulting firm, in charge of consulting missions in operational excellence and performance of R&D organisations.

I accompanied the Renault-Nissan Alliance teams in their managerial transformation programmes.
In my professional practice, I draw on the complementarity of these operational and coaching experiences. Taking into account the human factor and the system approach are a common thread in my career.

I am passionate about interpersonal dynamics, and convinced of the contribution of transdisciplinarity, interculturality and artistic expression to any creative process or personal and professional development.
